二、报价与价格。所有报价以书面或邮件形式确认的有效期内为准。定制类产品因木料规格、尺寸、结构复杂度与现场条件不同，价格为参考区间，最终以双方签署的合同为准。
三、最小起订量与交期。标准起订量为 1 套（定制大件另议）。常规交期为收到定金及确认图纸后 30 天内；大型景区工程、水磨坊、古战场道具等特殊项目交期另行书面约定。生产周期不包含运输时间。
四、定制确认。合同签订后我方依据确认图纸与样品生产。图纸一经双方签字确认，非因我方工艺缺陷或材料不符规格所致的变更，将产生相应调整费用。
五、验收。货物出厂前提供照片与视频确认；到货后 7 个工作日内完成验收。逾期未提出书面异议视为验收通过。
六、质保与售后。结构质保 5 年，终身维护。质保范围覆盖榫卯结构、焊接与材料本体缺陷；因不可抗力（地震、洪水、战争）、擅自拆改、超载使用或未按规范养护造成的问题不属于质保范围。质保期内我方在接到书面通知后 5 个工作日内响应并安排处理。
七、现场安装。需上门安装的项目，我方按合同约定安排技师到场；安装所需的场地、水电、吊装及安全措施由需方提供。
八、知识产权。我方提供的图纸、设计方案与工艺资料受著作权保护，需方仅可用于本合同项下产品的生产与自身项目展示，不得复制、转售或用于第三方项目。
九、付款方式。合同签订后支付定金 50%，发货前结清余款（大型项目按里程碑分期）。我方接受银行转账与信用证（L/C at sight）等方式。
十、不可抗力。因自然灾害、战争、疫情、政府管制等不可抗力导致无法履约的，双方互不承担违约责任。
十一、争议解决。本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。协商不成的，提交重庆仲裁委员会按其届时有效的仲裁规则仲裁解决。

2. Quotations and prices. All quotations are valid for the period stated in writing. Because custom items vary in timber grade, dimensions, structural complexity and site conditions, listed prices are indicative ranges; the binding figure is the one in the signed contract.
3. MOQ and lead time. Standard MOQ is 1 set (larger custom builds are quoted separately). Standard lead time is 30 days from receipt of deposit and approved drawings. Large scenic-area builds, water mills and historical battleground props are scheduled separately in writing. Production time excludes transit.
4. Approval of designs. We manufacture from drawings and samples approved by both parties. Once signed, changes are chargeable unless caused by our workmanship or by material deviating from the agreed specification.
5. Acceptance. Photographic and video confirmation is provided before dispatch. Acceptance should be completed within 7 working days of arrival; absence of a written objection within that period constitutes acceptance.
6. Warranty and after-sales. 5-year warranty on structural integrity with lifetime maintenance. Covered: mortise-and-tenon joinery, welding and defects in the material itself. Not covered: force majeure (earthquake, flood, war), unauthorised modification, overload, or failure to maintain the product as specified. We respond to written warranty notices within 5 working days.
7. On-site installation. Where installation is included, our technicians attend site per the contract. Power, water, lifting equipment and site safety measures are provided by the client.
8. Intellectual property. Our drawings, designs and technical documentation are copyrighted and may be used only for production under this contract and for the client's own project display. They may not be copied, resold or reused in third-party projects.
9. Payment. 50% deposit on contract signature; balance before dispatch (milestone staged payments for large projects). Bank transfer and L/C at sight are accepted.
10. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by natural disaster, war, epidemic or government restriction.
11. Disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Unresolved disputes are referred to the Chongqing Arbitration Commission under its rules then in effect.
